LensCrafters

I recently picked up my new glasses from this LensCrafters location, and the entire experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I received excellent service, especially from Cordell. He was incredibly helpful and patient as I chose my frames. For me, sorting through so many options can feel a bit overwhelming, but Cordell made the process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me choose frames that I absolutely love. I’m so glad I stopped by this LensCrafters location. The customer service was exceptional, and my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this location, and if you’re looking for help finding the perfect frames, definitely ask for Cordell!

Fran was very helpful and patient with me on my journey to getting a new pair of glasses from LensCrafters. She shared that there are more options than just the glasses you can see on the shelves and tables, but also in some of the side drawers where I found my now new designer frames! They have a lot of options and I appreciate all the help I received there from others and Fran especially who was understanding and made me laugh while taking my measurements for the proper frame sizing.

This was my first time using Lens Crafters. I was very impressed with the retail facility and the wide selection of lenses. However the very friendly and professional service provided by the associate was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and patient as we reviewed my options for lenses. She was in no way pushy and readily agreed to use an existing frame that I had for years and rarely worn. They were in excellent condition. It is so refreshing to work with an associate that is focused on customer service and not just getting a larger sale. Thank you Sasha and Lens Crafters!

We had an excellent experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Ms. Fran She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my grandmother felt comfortable and understood all of her options. What stood out the most was how attentive she was. She went above and beyond by personally helping my grandmother pick out frames that suited her needs and never made us feel rushed. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. This was my grandmother’s first time visiting this LensCrafters location, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and would highly recommend asking for Ms. Fran if you have the opportunity.

Great experience picking out my glasses with Fran! My husband and I have worked with her several times in the past few years, we both agree she's always helpful and pleasant. She has a great sense of humor too.
