I absolutely loved this place. From the first encounter to the last and everything in between. Dr. Cassis was fabulous. I loved her energy. I haven't been to an eye Dr in a very long time due to eye correction. I heard no could haves, should haves or anything of that sought. All I heard was "I or we understand" . I heard "Let's find out why your vision changed" and she did. I had the option to take my prescription elsewhere, but why should I give my money to someone else? It's a one stop shop. Thank you WW. My experience from the first telephone encounter through providing prior optometric history including the in-office technologist work up followed by the most comprehensive optometrist evaluation in over 60 years with a no pressure optical service for eyeglasses was top self expert customer service from start to finish. I have already recommended to my wife that she should consider making an appointment. My trip from Poquoson was well worth the drive!

Envision Ghent booked me an appointment to see Dr. Cassis exactly one business day after I called to schedule. Dr. Cassis is knowledgeable, patient, and frugal in her care. Maria took time to help me find the right glasses for my facial structure and personality. The tech was professional and explained each examination thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot say enough about this practice. This was my first time here and I'm SO thankful I decided to make an appointment. I was able to be seen the same day for a comprehensive exam. The entire staff is lovely. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and I've NEVER had a more comprehensive evaluation. From start to finish I was SO impressed. All the testing done BEFORE you even see the doctor, was impressive. The questions were asked and the answers were thoroughly explained. I truly felt heard for the first time in ages. Dr. Cassis and her team are wonderful. I felt like the health of my eyes was the primary concern, and not selling me glasses or rushing the exam, then leaving the room. I'm SO pleased that I found this practice. Maria, who helped with my payment and selection of glasses made it an easy process and explained in detail how the billing worked through my insurance. If you are in the market for a new Optometrist and NOT one of these places that has a "virtual vision exam" done with a tech while the Doctor is on a screen, I HIGHLY recommend Envision in Ghent!!
