Both locations are easy to get to with plenty of parking, bright and attractive inside. As always the friendly staff was very efficient, and the exam with the latest equipment quick and painless. We love Dr. Gilbert and his associates! We are in good hands!
Always a great experience. They really know how to make you comfortable and provide a great eye exam, test everything and make sure to know what they are doing. They make getting glasses and or contacts simple and easy at a good price.
Dr. Gilbert and his entire staff were exceptional through all of my visits, which were often following cataract surgery. I’d been his patient for three years where, with his expertise in kerataconus and contacts, I have the best vision I’ve had in years. He teamed with my cataract surgeon and provided awesome follow up and patience with me. Their frame selection and expert fitting by Lisee truly made my transition from contacts to glasses easy. Kudos to Gilbert Eye Care!
Dr Gilbert has taken first rate care of my special needs son for years. He is always kind, friendly, caring. My son looks forward to his appointment. The optical staff ‘bent over backwards’ to get my son very particular frames in his favorite color. Amazing service. Recently, I was struggling with some vision issues. Dr Falsetta is a first rate problem solver. She listens attentively, asks clear questions to clarify, and has tireless tenacity in helping patients have the best lenses possible. She has my complete loyalty. Rikki recently ordered new lenses for me. When they didn’t arrive in a timely manner, I checked in. The lab had made an error but never remade my lenses. Rikki took total responsibility, adding, “There’s really no excuse. I’m so sorry. I requested manager at the lab personally walk your lenses through.” This kind of humility and honesty won me over immediately. That’s the kind of office Gilbert Eyecare is.
Dr Gilbert is very professional and down to earth person. Takes his time to explain everything during your visit and never rushed. His staff is always friendly and so helpful especially picking out new frames!
