I was told to drive to Grand Ledge so we could get in quicker but 40 minutes past our appointment time, we are still waiting to be seen. Please don’t waste patients time. A phone call to let us know there was at least a 30 minute delay would have been welcome. Our time is just as valuable, yet offices get mad if patients are late and still feel free to waste our time indefinitely. Dr. Pierre was super patient and amazing bedside manner with my son. Completely calmed his mood and made him comfortable.

I like this practice. They have a phenomenal staff and offers such an array of services including being able to purchase eyewear on site. I just had two eye surgeries in the last few weeks and it went great. I have a lot of confidence in the Doctors. The staff are super helpful and kind.

My appointment was at 10 am. I got here at 9:45 am. Still waiting to be seen at 11:50 am. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to wait this long in any doctor’s office. Same experience last year too. I will definitely be going somewhere else next year. If you are still working and/or have somewhere to be a few hours following the time of your scheduled appointment, I highly do not recommend coming here. Would give no stars if I could.

Wish there was an option for negative stars because this place has definitely earned it. Ordered & paid for glasses a month ago. Called a week ago & was told one lense was on backorder & they had no idea when it would be delivered. I asked about a refund if it is going to take much longer & was told that I couldn’t get a refund because one lens was already made and I would have to pay a restocking fee for the frames.. seriously?!?! Today I was told that it could be another month before I get the glasses I paid almost $400 out of pocket for & that’s after what they ripped insurance off for. I had a bad experience with my previous visit at LO Eye Care but thought I would give them a 2nd chance… NEVER going back there again!!! One pair of glasses taking 2 months or more, especially now days??.. unheard of!!

Went to LO Eye Care in Grand Ledge to get glasses, this was the first time I would be trying Progressive lenses. I was having some difficulty adjusting to these lenses and decided to switch to bi-focal lenses. Again, first time trying these as well. They were more difficult to adjust to so, I called to ask about going back to the progressive because after trying both for the first time I realized the Progressive were a better option. I was informed that in order to go back to the progressive lenses I would need to pay the regular retail price (still within 90 days of purchase). So now I have spent over $500 dollars with LO Eye Care for lenses that do not work for me. It seems as though LO Eye Care is not too concerned with the outcome of their services when working with someone who is new to both types of lenses.
