The absolute best Eye Center! Fantastic staff, very patient and helpful. I'm a patient of Dr Ladd and he is wonderful. He's friendly, down to earth, listens to your concerns and treats you like you're a friend, not just a patient. I highly recommend!
Dr Ladd came highly recommended and I too will be sending others his way. The entire staff was gracious and friendly. Dr Ladd has a warm personality, never rushed and conveyed a sense of caring. I will trust him for my eye care.
Everyone at Ladd Eye Center was so friendly and everyone knows their jobs quite well. I use a walker and had no issues moving around plus we had our 21-month-old, and they checked his eyes without any problems plus they were really good with him. Bring the whole family, as they treat you with respect. They were super friendly and showed me pictures of my eyes and explained why it would be in my best interest to have cataract surgery. Elite group of people.
I was a new patient that came in with an unrelated medical issue. The entire staff was very kind and patient as we worked through the exams. Dr. Smith was very thorough with her exam, far more than I've had in the past. Very patient with having to take more time because I was struggling. Explained everything very clearly. She knows her stuff. Thanks to all the staff that helped me.
Ladd Eye Clinic has wonderful polite people working there. And Emily is very sweet and nice. She is very thorough in her examinations. I always feel like the health of my eyes are well of.
