I went in expecting top-tier service… and unfortunately that’s what I got. Since my wife manages the clinic, I was hoping to find something to complain about so I’d have some leverage at home, but they didn’t give me much to work with. The equipment was modern and maintained, the clinic was clean, and the staff was professional and annoyingly competent. Dr. Sowers was caring, thorough, and likes to fish. The practice manager spoke to me like she had known me for years. Needless to say, I didn’t find anything to complain about and will go home empty handed once again. But seriously, if you’re looking for a team that makes you feel like a priority and treats you like family, White River Eye Care should be the beginning and end of your search for eye care. This crew is amazing and pretty entertaining. I’ll probably come back.

I love going to White River Eye Care, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, they answer all your questions you have and make you very comfortable being there. I can’t say enough about Dr. Sowers I love going to him, he is really helpful if you have any questions, he explains everything to you where you can understand what is going on.
