Horrible customer service. No booking till 2027 without referal. My VSP doesnt require a referal. Office refused my insurance although they were a provider. Would rather drive to Gainesville than deal with dismisive folks
We are more than grateful and pleased to be able to be seen in this office. Our first office had to close suddenly and dr Cole and his staff opened up and took us and many others in, putting themselves under a lot of pressure doing so. We as patients never felt any of that pressure. The Dr and staff here are wonderful. Everyone explains what they are doing and takes time to be friendly and caring and most of all competent. Thank you and God bless each one of you. I recommend this office to everyone.
I loved how nice the staff was and they explained everything before doing it. My appointment was fast and I felt like it was thorough and I felt as though everyone listened to me. I also like the fact that when I was looking at glasses that fit my personality and my look that I didn’t have one of the workers hovering over me and making me feel rushed or judged I will definitely stick with Dr. Cole and his staff, best experience ever!
This overall experience was top notch! Dr. Cole is very professional, informative, and friendly as well as the entire staff. He is very thorough and explains things so that you are certain to understand what he is saying. He pays close attention to detail which most certainly comes handy. I just wish that I would have found him sooner! If you need a great eye doctor, Dr. Cole and his staff are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr. Cole and your wonderful staff. 👍
Everyone in the office was very nice, friendly and helpful, testing was simple and easy and Dr Cole was exceptionally nice and was professional and answered all questions and has a great sense of humor. Enjoyed my visit! I would definitely recommend this office !
