I had no idea this place was here, even though I've driven by it a ton of times. My daughter broke her glasses on a holiday weekend. They were open and actually took my insurance. I'm used to waiting weeks for glasses. If you just need lenses without all the fancy extras, they'll have you in and out in 30 minutes.
Super friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Always willing to help. My uncle said they help people for free when they can. I will not go any where else anymore for my optical needs.
I have gone to lake city vision for over 3 years and used to have nothing bad to say about them, that was until today of course I went in to ask for a copy of my prescription " something I've already paid for not once but twice and caught attitude from the tech there until the point I had to speak with the physician all over them not being able to tell the difference between an r or b that their own person wrote smfh I will never go back and urge people not to waste their time on such an unprofessional establishment
I've been going here for all of my vision needs for a couple of years now. Dr Cole & his staff are so wonderful & compassionate. I wanted to mention that I had some questions today about my glasses so I went in to their office & Tyler answered all of my questions & went above & beyond to assist me. It really stood out to me how great he is at his job. I've seen him at other times that I've been in there helping other customers also & he seems to always make sure he does what is best for the patient. I would recommend this office to anyone!
