Dr Charnell and staff are so kind and helpful! My family has been going here for years and we always feel so cared for by everyone. They were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment walk in and prescribed medication quickly, I am feeling much better already.
Dr. Charnell is the best! I was needing an eye doctor open on Saturdays, I googled BEST optometrist near me and Dr. Charnells office came up. My first visit I found him to be very, very thorough, and caring. He always answers any questions I have and gives the best recommendations and suggestions for treatment. He also has the best sense of humor. His staff is always welcoming! I've been seeing him for maybe 7 years now. I won't go anywhere else!
I have been going to Dr. Charnell whe he was on staff at Visionworks in Altamonte Springs. He is the best of the best and, I usually have a great experience; however, the front desk staff seemed unfriendly this time. I received no greeting when I arrived, and my good morning went unanswered, which felt rude and unprofessional.
Every year I do my annual eye exam with them. All staff are attentive and respectful of your time. Dr. Charnell is very nice, patient and makes sure that your questions are answered. I highly recommend them!
Every time I walk into the office, I’m greeted with a warm smile. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Dr. Chris is the only eye doctor I’ve ever had who actually makes the exam fun—he has a great sense of humor and is truly excellent at what he does. I recommend this practice to everyone. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
