We just moved here from out of state. I didn’t pass the eye test at the DMV and it goes without saying I was stressed out!! Called and got an appointment the next day. The doctor was very kind and even got me to 20/30 in one eye, which I have never been. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Jessie always provides excellent service at Lake Nona EYE Care. She is extremely professional and attentive to every need a patient may have. She takes the time to answer all questions with great patience and clarity. Her dedication and professionalism truly make a difference. I always feel well cared for thanks to her exceptional service. I was immediately greeted by Sue who said she would be with me shortly. I was early and took my time trying on glasses for after my appointment. Dr Ward was very friendly and answered all of my questions. After, the sweet gal (who usually works at the other location) spent at least 1 1/2 hours as I took pictures, called friends trying to figure out if I should take a giant leap outside my comfort zone with very expensive frames. While I really wanted them, they were not the best fit. I did get some fun frames and thank all of the staff who assisted me!
I've been taking my daughter here for about 3 years, the service has been good all the times, last year she started with contact lenses, it was the 2nd time she did the trial, the 1st one was with another doctor and wasn't successful, we didn't have training at all and the doctor gave up easily on my daughter. At lake nona eye care they were very patient, the lady was very good at teaching my daughter. I'm planning on keep coming here as long as the service is good.
I’ve been attending this eye care for the past 11 years. I took 2-3 years off and went to a different practice and I truly regretted it. Dr.Ward is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to and I would absolutely stick with her for, forever! Dr.Ward is easy going friendly and listens to your questions and concerns and answers it down to the T. The customer service provided by Hala is also to be brought to light as she’s extremely bubbly and cares about the patients as well! Hala is always on her game and the sweetest. Won’t ever go to another eye care place other than this one, again.
