Very good experience with my first visit to Lake Oswego Vision Clinic. Dr. Angela Dedionisio was very welcoming. She Spent a good amount of time with me. She asked questions, and welcomed my questions and feedback. She wanted to know my vision history and she thoroughly explained the results of everything she did during my visit with her. The young lady that helped with picking out my glasses was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me and never rushed me. She was of immense help. I am recommending my family members and friends.

Lovely welcoming staff. Dr Kawasaki was personable and professional, fully explaining everything she did for me. Jennifer, my optician was also friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my experience here as a new patient. Can hardly wait for my new frames.
The staff is so great got me right in and also patiently worked with me with finding glasses. When I called back to cancel my glasses and come back to reorder a different pair they were able to cancel and reschedule me.
Great optician center! The only issue I had was that the cost of the frames was way out of my price range. Beautiful office and kind + professional staff. However, because of the cost of the frames, I need to go elsewhere to get my frames and lenses. My recommendation: provide a few more options for frames that are more affordable.
I was referred here by quite a few people giving high regards to this clinic. Unfortunately this was not my experience. I was a new patient looking for get established for new care after an insurance change, as well as seek further treatment/specialist for ongoing issues. All of this was stated at the initial call when I set the appointment. At the appointment, it was a big let down. The people at the desk were great. Super helpful. Like any other eye dr, I expected they had why I was there. That assumption set a bad pace for the whole appointment by the staff and doctor. First to say I was rushed in a very empty office as a new patient establishing care was an understatement. I hadn’t had an eye appointment in the last few years that hasn’t been under an hour due to the ongoing issues. I was told very sternly that appointments are only 20 minutes and I needed to ask more time when scheduling. How is a new patient supposed to know these things when scheduling? Especially when giving the person in the phone the information as well. The doctor did not hear what I had to say, but was more concerned at looking at the clock and trying to prove me wrong. When I tried to explain what the medical term I understood it to be, he ignored it completely or just didn’t know what it was. He was pushing to sell me progressive lenses when they caused me vertigo out of no where six months ago, and I even told him that I didn’t that that was a smart idea. But I was rushed to the sales floor to try to sell me three new pairs of glasses or a pair of progressives and another pair. I just bought two pairs November and December out of pocket. I wasn’t quite prepared to start thinking about purchasing new glasses all over again. I appreciate the young woman on the sales floor. She could see my frustration in my experience and was kind enough to ask if I wanted to end the exam. Point being, listen to your new clients. You just made my life a thousand times harder than it had to be if the doctor had slowed down and listened so I can get the treatment I need and working with for almost three years post TBI. This was my one and one covered appointment until I could get approval through the new insurance to see the types of specialists, now I have to move forward out of pocket at another optometrist.
