Set me an appointment for July 3rd, I'm assuming they rescheduled me for a different day since it was in my phone twice, sent me reminders for the 3rd appointment only, show up, doors locked, conviently the phones are having difficulties when trying to make sure my appointment is for the 3rd or for the 10th, Google says open on the 3rd why say open when you're closed? The company can switch the Google hours to match theirs.

Set up an appointment in July for December (soonest they could get him in) & now they dont have his appointment in the system & the doctor is scheduled for maternity leave from November to April! Congratulations on the baby (Seriously, not being sarcastic. Its a wonderful feeling to become a parent) But your front desk staff is unprofessional & unorganized!

If you get a appointment at 12noon don't come early cause they close the lobby from 11am till 12noon . Make you wait outside. You can't wait inside lobby . Rediculous.

STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH PATIENT CONCERNS. AFTER EVERY COMMENT THEY WOULD TURN AROUND AND TALK IN YOUR FACE. THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN PROCEDURES PROPERLY. THEY ARE ALL INCONSIDERATE. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I COME TO THIS CLINIC.
