This place is amazing! So efficient and modern. Lots of pre-appointment rooms with fun, local art. Felt very open yet private. The doctors were so kind and recommended newer contact lenses than what I was using. Seems like with a bigger office they know about and can offer newer products. Glad I took a friends‘ recommendation and will also recommend to friends!

My first visit to an optometrist in many years, I was a little apprehensive. Tracie immediately put me at ease. Dr. Slaughter was equally welcoming, and even though I got bad news, she cushioned it with a light touch and I felt better. Hailie, who helped me choose frames, was great, and even showed me the selection of free ones! All the staff are warm and friendly. The office is ultra modern with all kinds of technology I'd never seen before. My glasses were available the day after I placed the order, and I was notified immediately. What more can I say? Lakeline Vision is a super efficient, super friendly, state of the art practice. The bonus is the location, for me only about a five minute drive. Oh, and they have a drive thru for quick visits. They are, to use an term from the past, The Bomb!

It’s rare to find a place where the customer service is just as impressive as the care itself, but Lakeline Vision Source absolutely delivers both. Outstanding experience from start to finish. The facility is modern, welcoming, and equipped with the latest technology, making the entire exam process efficient and comfortable. The doctors and staff genuinely care about their patients and treat you like a person, not just another appointment. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every aspect of my eye health. On top of that, they offer a great selection of frames with options for every style and budget. Highly recommend!

Great experience! They were able to identify the cause of my dizziness and provide me with an appropriate treatment plan. The BVD exam here is extremely thorough, and the team takes the time to explain each test in detail, including what they’re evaluating and looking for. I’m very grateful to Dr. Soong for his meticulous care and attention throughout the process!
