I found this location through Zocdoc and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alfaro. All of the staff were very kind and attentive, Dr. Alfaro was exceptional, and Lisbeth was amazing in helping me pick out some glasses! Lisbeth had a lot of patience with me to help me find the right pair. They have a very good selection of different glasses with varying brands, colors, and price points. The overall experience was great, they have newer technology/machines which are nice to see, and the entire office was clean. I will definitely return here for future eye exams and I recommend this location!

I had a great experience at Lake Eye Center. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Dr. Adrein was excellent—very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. My last visit was to pick out my frames, and that process was just as smooth and pleasant. The staff was helpful and patient, making sure I found something that fit both my style and needs. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care and service I received and would definitely recommend Lake Eye Center to others.

Today I searched for a 5-star optometrist in my area and came across Lakes Eye Center. I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Adrien and the entire staff, and I was very impressed with the experience. Everyone in the office was extremely professional, welcoming, and thorough throughout every step of the examination and procedures. The team took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area, especially if you need a last-minute appointment, as I did. I searched online and was able to schedule an appointment right away, which was incredibly convenient. They also have a great selection of eyewear, with many stylish frames that are modern and on trend. This is definitely a go-to place for eye care and eyewear. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience today, as always. This was my first time being seen by Dr. Belkis Perez, and she was incredibly thorough with my eye exam. I really appreciated how she took the time to understand not just my vision, but my overall health and well-being—it made the visit feel very personalized and thoughtful. A special shoutout to Carmen for always helping me find the most fabulous glasses—she truly has an amazing eye for style and makes the process so enjoyable. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and welcoming. The entire team creates such a professional and caring environment. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this eye doctor’s office for many years, even though it’s far from my home—and that alone says everything. The doctor is exceptional, and the entire staff is truly outstanding. Today was a perfect example of why I continue to come back. After spending more than an hour in traffic, I arrived only to realize that the office had already closed. Despite that, Danny—who was already getting ready to leave—got out of her car to help me without hesitation. Lizbeth, who consistently provides the best customer service and is always so kind and attentive, also came out and took my measurements. That level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness is rare. They go above and beyond for their patients every single time, and it never goes unnoticed.
