I have been going to Lakeside Eye for about 10 years or so. I thoroughly love the staff, they are always upbeat and in a great mood. They are very courteous and go the extra mile for you. I see Dr. Emily and completely trust her with my eye care. She’s been vital in my ongoing issues I’ve been having. So you’re looking for a great Eye Clinic I highly recommend Lakeside Eye.
Wow! Not only is this THE place for fantastic eye care and out-of-this-world frames, they also care about me and my safety. The earlier photo I posted showing my selected glass frames accidentally showed my credit card, oops, they called and asked me to remove the photo. WOW! So, here is one of me wearing my chosen frames and the frames alone on the desk.
Lakeside Eye Care apparently does not give you a routine eye exam. I had to pay full price out of pocket for an eye exam because I wanted contact lenses. They were unwilling to resubmit it to my insurance as a routine eye exam. I understand there would be extra costs for a contact lenses fitting, but was trying to get the eye exam covered by insurance. I will not go back here. I do not recommend this business. So much easier to go to Pearle Vision.
Wonderful atmosphere the minute you walk through the door. Very friendly and helpful. The staff will take the time to answer any concerns you might have. I see Dr Emily and she is amazing. She answers my question with great detail and takes the time with you.
My exam was great, Dr Emily is knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention really fun to talk to. Her bedside manner is so good- always look forward to my exam!😊
