This optical clinic is the best. They have specialized equipment for glaucoma testing, in addition to the standard testing that you might find at other offices. I like that they have the lens store combined with the clinic. Their hours are great and the location is easy to find from Preston Road. The staff is always friendly.

From my own observations, it’s pretty obvious that many independent optometrist offices heavily encourage online reviews. In this case, I’m happy to oblige. I’ve never found the perfect contact lenses for my eyes and had pretty much accepted that “good enough” was the best I was going to get. That’s what I’d been living with for a couple of years. During my first visit, Dr. Phillips told me he was confident he could find the right fit. After three or four visits and several trials, he did. By my second appointment, my previous optometrist had basically written me off, but Dr. Phillips seems to really enjoy this. I never felt pressured to accept "good enough" or like I was being too difficult. The office itself is quiet, clean, easy to get to, and there’s plenty of parking. Most of the staff are excellent. When I handed over my old frames while looking at new ones, the woman adjusted them and somehow made them feel brand new again. I also tried on several frames and she has an amazing eye for what actually works with your face. 9/10 — minus one point for the optional upsell exam that wasn’t covered by insurance, but was strongly encouraged.
Ah yes... wonderful optometry office. Dr. Moon is exceptional and caring. I have been her patient for over 10 years and she never dissapoints. She is top notch and worth the drive from anywhere in the Metroplex. And then there is the "amazing Rosa" at the eyeglass boutique. She is a master at her trade and knows her eyeglass styles and how to properly adjust. She will not sell you anything that she feels "is not you". She has adjusted glasses that most places can not fix. Cannot say enough about this office and the front desk is exceptional with quality care.
I had a first visit recently with Dr Moon and it was an unusually pleasant medical experience. I got an appointment promptly, the receptionist was helpful and friendly, the tech was very experienced and helpful, and I actually was able to see the doctor instead of a PA. Dr Moon quickly diagnosed my issue and started a protocol to resolve it.
Doctor is fine, but staff is not. Was recommended a photo scan during exam. Sounded routine. Later looking at my insurance statement, realized they never submitted that procedure. When asked why, they insisted that insurances dont cover it. Whether they do or not is my problem. Tried to speak with manager, asking to resubmit. He refused too. Looking at the bill that was given to me, the medical code is for something nonexistent. Sounds very phishy, and no idea what i paid extra for. Dont believe they're telling the truth. Will be filing complaint with texas dental board.
