Finding a new eye doctor is not easy but after my first visit, I’m thrilled that I made the switch! I learned so much about my eyesight and the health of my eyes, and what options I have to see better in the future. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I give them a 10 out of 10!!
Always a wonderful experience with the staff at Lakeview optometry! The doctor went through my questions and concerns with care. The staff made it easy and helped me consider new glasses as well as pricing options. The technology was first rate, and the new building is beautiful.
I have nothing but positive & gratitude towards Dr. Mikels. She caught, monitored, and addressed issues with my eyes that no other provided in a store setting had provided. Working with her staff has also been a positive experience. The beautiful, updated office space is just a perk!! Thank you all for all that you do- especially you Dr. Mikels.
beware of double billing. After paying for and receiving new glasses I started getting medical bills in the mail. They somehow got my personal health care coverage and billed for glaucoma test and cataract evaluation. I had to pay $171 extra that I was not expecting. I suppose I helped pay for that nice new building on Executive Drive. You don't have to. Avoid these sneaks
I took My Wife there and she was treated absolutely professionally and actually like the experience. She’s not normally a fan of any kind of doctor so I highly recommend.
