LaLunette Optical

Let me start by saying that I have worn glasses for over 55 years, since I was 4 years old. That is important, because I have never been so completely happy and satisfied with an optician as I am with Abel Retta at La Lunette Optical. His high level customer service is the very best I’ve ever experienced. I have been going to Abel at La Lunette every year for 4 years now, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else; nor would I want to. I’d like to give a couple examples. In one case, I damaged new glasses only a month old by my own negligence. My glasses are extremely expensive and I thought surely I would have to buy new ones. Abel said, no he could repair them; and he did! The repair was very good; and it held up till it was normally time for new glasses. He could have easily convinced me to buy new; but saved me the expense. The other example I wanted to make is that Abel always takes the time, measurements, and adjustments so that the glasses fit right the first time EVERY time. I’ve never had an optician get it right EVERY time, but he has! I am amazed. Abel Retta is the reason that I am a satisfied, loyal customer; and he is the reason why I always go back to La Lunette for all my optical needs. I am a very happy customer! 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just had an amazing experience with La Lunette and Abel Retta. First, the actual visit was well done. Abel showed me several frames that matched my criteria and I was able to find one that I really liked. Abel explained all my options and made the whole experience great. He was friendly and informative and I was pleased with the whole experience. Then when I got home I realized that I had left my hands free headset. I called and Abel stayed long enough for me to return and get it. Then, as I prepared to leave the second time, my car decided to not start. I was fine and contacted my wife on the cell phone to get it taken care of when Abel pulled up and asked me if I needed a jump. I appreciated the care and follow up, it really made my day for him to check on me. (The problem was not in the battery, so a jump would not help). Thank you Abel, I appreciate the care you gave me today.

For my work I need glass lenses, and quality glass in my prescription is very difficult to find. They made several pairs over the years, superb quality, just what I needed. I'll be returning again soon for a new pair. Abel is the best.

This place is awesome... All the personnel are opticians, the merchandise is the best quality and the prices are awesome!! Abel, the manager is suuuuper nice, he ask you many questions to make sure you get the right glasses for your day to day activities... Marsha, she is the sweetest... she will explain you everything you need with details... and the rest of the staff is super nice and helpfull... Literally, the best Optical in Plano!!
