********ZERO STARS******* I have used Dr. McCall for almost 20 years. Up until my last appointment, when they ordered my contacts. The older lady checked with my insurance & said they paid on glasses. I paid in advance for them to order my contacts. When I drove from out of town to come pick them up, they wanted an extra $245 after I had already paid!! I, nor my family, will EVER be back to this place!!! So, I've paid for two boxes of contacts that I did not receive!! BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!!

The lady that answers the phone constantly interrupts and talks over you when you try to ask questions. If you try to keep asking or change to a different question she just keeps going on getting louder and louder. Unfortunately her long winded lecture had nothing to do with what I needed to know.

Receptionist treated my daughter with no respect at all. Very rude! Told her insurance was accepted over the phone then turned her away at the door.

I hate even giving a star. They *confirmed* that they accepted my child’s insurance over the phone and then turned us away at the door the day of our appt, practically sneering at her insurance program. Please go somewhere else.
