Lovely first experience, very nice office. Staff very friendly, and professional. Appointment on time and very thorough. Technician very friendly, professional and courteous. Your comfort is always at forefront and upmost consideration. Doctor is considerate, and answers any concerns you might have. Very friendly and professional making you feel very comfortable. Seen within an hour. Addressed my problem. Jocelyn very nice and professional. Got an eye exam along with my limited problem focused exam. Pleased. And will be back in 12 months and, people, calm the heck down! The world doesn't revolve around you and your time schedule. People aren't like an appliance. It often takes more time to figure out what's going on and how to diagnose and treat. And sometimes an appointment runs over or an emergency arrives or a patient is late for their appointment and it throws off the schedule. Especially the first person of the day. So if you are seen within an hour you are doing good. Watch YouTube on your phone or bring a book.
