Brandi was absolutely amazing today! I’m traveling and my glasses frames became crooked, which was super frustrating. I stopped in hoping for a quick fix, and she took care of it right away with such professionalism and kindness. She adjusted them perfectly, and now they feel brand new again. Her customer service was top tier, friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. It’s always a great feeling when someone goes out of their way to help, especially when you’re not in your hometown. Thank you, Brandi, for making my day a little easier! Highly recommend!

While the people who work there are very nice - the company did not stand by their - very expensive product - in my case after we spent several hundred dollars there over less than 2 years. A week ago, we had the worst $173 experience with this business. $173 with insurance ONLY for 2 lens (that went into frames purchased from them) - one of which after less than 2 weeks - fell out & was lost. They offered no warranty or replacement discount on it AND on top of that, didn't respond at all to the email I sent to them explaining what happened and asking, again - after asking in person - for a replacement or discount. Only good part of my experience is - after posting asking for recs for another company in the New Orleans Moms group, we found Lakeview Vision Source - and a new pair of glasses and lenses for $38. Unbelievable price gouging & worst customer service by Eye Wares. We will never go back & will be telling this story to friends for a while to come. I see my friend Jason Rhein had pretty much the exact same experience - in his review below. & I also see that Eye Wares only responds to positive reviews, ignoring people who had a bad experience. Only further reinforces what happened to us!

I cannot put into words how patient and kind Brandi was when I brought in a pair of glasses to get them adjusted properly for my face. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Because I was ready to throw away a new pair of glasses that I purchased from somewhere else. She's awesome! She has made me a customer for life!

For context, these 2 sunglasses were gifted to me by my late mother. So I went in willing to spend every dime I had. Yohana assisted me with a smile, took both pairs and within 30 minutes, both were repaired and fit my face without falling. Out of the kindness of her heart, the repair was free. 10/10 service and you earned a life time customer! Thank you.
