Stay away Their level of customer service is beyond non existent after enduring my office visit. It was so bad I wrote directly to my insurance company. And even then I was iffy if I was going to go back for my glasses. Then I thought how bad could it be, maybe I was having a bad day last time. I got the text saying they were in telling me the office/ lunch hours 9 to 4. Lunchtime is 12 to 1. I got there at 11:30. And they were out to lunch. With the receptionist telling me to relax and not stress. Which was the theme the first office visit. Because apparently only their time matters. Then she handed me these $ 1200 glasses I can’t express how badly they are. Exert time I have left their office I have sat in my car and cried. I walked out telling them Zenni would have been a better option. Now I will go and get glasses from zenni. As those marks did not come off easily… even with 90% alcohol

Was treated in very unprofessional manner while endeavoring to get an appointment with Dr. Bristow. I asked for an appointment, but was unable to get one until she had my insurance information. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my insurance company. Apparently I did not get the correct information, and Angel made sure that I knew that! Wasted quite a bit of time on my part. Due to her rudeness, I won't be visiting this practice.
Words cannot express the displeasure and disappointment that I have with this company. They messed up my glasses three times and were upset that they had to remake my glasses. Instead of admitting that they were wrong and apologizing for the inconvenience that had caused me, they fussed and made rude and passive aggressive remarks towards me. But I did not back down because they were wrong and I was right. The manager Danielle and another lady were the only ones who help me during this process. The doctor bristow and the lead optical manager Alexandria acted and behaved like I was an inconvenience to them. At the end, the lead optical manager did finally fix my glasses but this process took two in half months to three months to fix. I do not recommend going to this place. I believe they will try to take advantage of people. They lack customer service training is horrible! There needs to be an investigation or a revision of this company. If you look at previous ratings a lot of people are saying the same thing. This place is awful and the staff is unprofessional!
AWFUL PLACE!!!! My first appointment was okay, but I was never called to schedule a trial for my contacts and had to wait THREE MONTHS before getting in which cost me $50 for the appointment. The second appointment, the woman who grabbed my file notably rolled her eyes and proceeded to complain to the receptionist about how much she hates doing contact trials. All while I sat there for another 10/15 min waiting to be called back listening to her get an attitude about patients taking too long to get their contacts in and wasting her time. Finally I was called back, put my contacts in, saw the doctor and was done. When I went to check out, I was told I had to pay $50 because it was more than 30 days since my last appointment (their own fault), but I paid anyway. Now I am continuously getting bills for the bill I paid at checkout and have not been able to get anyone on the phone for more than 2 months. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
The artificially bubbly receptionist promptly informed me I did not have an appointment nor was I in their system. Bubbly did not offer explanation or bother to investigate what may have gone wrong--- as if I did not belong there. Upon decline of the offer to be "set up" for a future appointment (like I would want to waste even more of my time returning), I was bid good day in sarcastic veiled aggression.
