First time visit. It went very smoothly. The people are kind and pleasant. The girl that did my testing was awesome. Very personable, nice to talk with and knowledgeable. Dr. Boyd spent time talking to me and discussing my exam and cataract surgery. Very thorough. Very impressed with the process.
I did not realize how cloudy my vision was, until the morning after Dr. Jeffrey Boyd removed a cataract from my left eye. As I was driving to my post surgery appointment, the following morning, I was amazed at how everything around me was clear, bright and beautiful. The roads, signs, sun, trees, flowers and more. The cataract in my right eye will be removed one week subsequently and I am happily looking forward to how brighter colors will become. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Boyd for cataract surgery. The entire process was seamless, and the clarity in my vision is incredible. Dr. Boyd took the time to clearly explain the procedure and lens options, which put my mind at ease. The surgery itself was quick, flawless, completely painless; and the recovery was much faster than I expected. Now, my vision is clearer, sharper and brighter than it has been in years. The office staff was also professional and helpful throughout the entire process; from consultation to follow up care. Highly recommend, very thorough and helpful. No hour in the waiting room, was seen right at appt. time by Dr. Mitchell who was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. It was my first ever eye Dr. appt. and he made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous.
Today I had an appointment with the doctor and honestly, they treated me very well. I'm grateful to everyone because, even though I don't speak much English, they were very patient with me and treated me very well. The truth is, they attend to you immediately; all the nurses are there to help. It was my first time going and it was a very nice experience. I loved it and I recommend it to everyone. He's a good doctor.
