Excellent experience! The staff was super helpful and not pushy. James was great with answering questions and getting me all set up with my glasses once I made my selection of frames. Definitely worth the visit. I'm glad I chose LensCrafters for my vision needs.
It was my first time here with my Husband, and on a very busy day. The service and kindness we received went above and beyond expectation. Dr. Makar was so caring and thorough during our eye exam. Then Connor made sure we left with frames we were absolutely in love with. Our glasses were delivered pretty quick! I love my frames and so does my husband. You guys have amazing team of people. Thank you all again!!!
Overall, it was a great experience. However, I must say that James went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as soon as we entered. He was incredibly helpful throughout our visit.
Lily was so wonderful! She really helped me select my glasses and made my stay at LensCrafters worthwhile. She deserves a raise. The doctor was also very wonderful and welcoming. I would recommend a 100 times.
The eye exam went super smooth and only took about 10 minutes or less which was super awesome! Salina was super helpful as well. She explained and clarified the questions I had and made picking out my glasses smooth too!
