Costco Optical

I am so excited to write this review. I had the pleasure of working with AYINAH and another young lady at Costco optical. I was so impressed with how professional and kind they was that I had to purchase two glasses. I ordered my glasses on Monday and received them on Saturday. I am so in love with my glasses. My eyeballs are so happy because I am actually using the correct prescription for my lenses and it’s a huge difference. I wish I would have known how amazing Costco was prior to all the times I spent hundreds of dollars on glasses with other merchants. I have now picked my favorite place to go get my glasses. I really enjoyed the two ladies also especially AYINAH because she was just so kind and patience with me. I was even happy to see her when I came to pick them up.. She spoke very highly of her job and love working for the company.. Costco really is amazing..

Best prices for prescription eye glasses. We received the best service from Emma. She readjusted my husband's glasses fast and with confidence. Highly recommended.

I would normally give Costco five stars, but I had terrible service this week when I picked up two pairs of glasses. The young girl who waited on me was rude and not helpful at all. After putting on the sunglasses she set down a laminated sheet of paper and said nothing. I asked what I was supposed to do and she rudely replied "they're progressive lenses. Can you read it?" She didn't ask for me to read it to her, just took my word for it. I tried on the regular glasses and I said "I think they need adjustment." She had me put my head down and asked if they were falling off. I said no. She then said they were fine.I told her the sunglasses were very loose and she did heat them and adjusted them without at any point having me sit and check the adjustment. I stood at the counter the entire time. I will have to take them for adjustment another time as I tried to wear them and they keep sliding down my nose. We are an hour from Costco so this is an inconvenience. I picked them up on a Monday evening at about 630. They were not busy, she just didn't want to do her job!

The Costco Vision Center is located inside the main entrance of Costco to the right of the main entrance. Friendly staff and wide selection of frames and lens options. My wife paid about half of what she was quoted at her eye doctor. I use them for contact lenses. They were the least expensive place that I could find on line or at a brick and mortar store by over $100.00 for a 1 year supply. I highly recommend them for contact lenses and glasses.

Brad was a big help, drove 1hr 15 but its worth it. Designer glasses at a fraction of the $ .Too bad they can't have an optician on premises.
