Love this place! Dr Lawless is very nice! He's professional, yet very calm and kind. He's also very patient with our kids and does a great job with them. He explains things well and is very willing to answer any questions. Highly recommend!
Dr. Lawless is awesome! He took his time doing my eye exam and was very thorough. He also took his time to explain to me all his findings after the exam. His staff is super friendly! Especially Anne! I also like the cleanliness of the office and how they play awesome soft background music 😂 it made me feel comfortable and at ease for my first time visiting. It’s the little things, but I definitely recommend them 100%
Dr Lawless and his team have been great with our daughter’s glasses and contacts needs. The office is super clean and organized and everyone who works there has been really professional and nice. Most recently they arranged to finalize new lenses for my daughter’s glasses over text so we could leave in time to make another appointment. Very accommodating and helpful.
I had such a great experience at New Baltimore optometry today. Every single person I dealt with was so nice and helpful. When I was checking out Anne was just so sweet since I was having difficulty with my debit card. Everything worked out. Every person I dealt with today, including Dr. Lawless was incredible. Highly recommend this optometrist office!!!
I called with a concerning eye condition my daughter was experiencing and Tiffany sensed my concern and was able to get us in right away. As always Anne is just so wonderful with her sunny disposition and caring nature. Dr Lawless is awesome and a master in his field and so reassuring. Being there for an actual eye condition and not just shopping for glasses reminded me why it’s a must to have a trusted optometrist for eye health.
