Lacroix Eye Care

I received the most thorough eye exam I have ever had from Dr. Ann at LaCroix Eye Care. From the receptionist Jennifer, to Grace and Rebecca, who all had a part in the visit, they were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. They each made me feel as though I was the only person in the office when working with me. I really appreciated how I was treated and highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs eye care. I would also like to note that the office is nicely decorated and very clean. It provides a great atmosphere where one can feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to all who participated during my appointment. I will be back. 😊

Dr. Joyce does a very thorough eye exam and is caring and professional. She will answer all your questions with patience and concern and I never felt rushed. On this visit, the tech Joy was assisting her and she went above and beyond with helping me find the right eyeglass frames/lenses and navigate my insurance coverage. I have referred a few family members here and they recently had the same experience. If you are looking for a new eye care provider, then definitely call LaCroix.

I love Dr. Ann. She has been my optometrists for many years. She truly cares about her patients and is very thorough. When she saw that I had cataracts at a younger age , she got me right in to see a surgeon and had that taken care of right away. Everyone in her office is so nice. I would recommend her to anyone.

Wow! They were able to get my mom (new patient) in same day for an issue she was having. They were so nice and welcoming. The exam was very thorough. Dr. Y was able to determine that the issue was most likely caused by a stroke. They sent her to a retinal eye specialist who also confirmed her findings. I highly doubt SVS would of taken such care of my mom. They will have a new client with my mom and myself. I would give 10 🌟

I needed an emergency appointment at LaCroix Eye Care, because I hade sweat fly flew into my eye and stung me. Dr.Ann examined my eye make sure there was nothing in it, I felt a lot of pressure behind my eye but ended up just being extremely inflamed. Dr. Ann prescribed some steroid eye drops and I’m already feeling so much better inflammation already way down. Highly recommend LaCroix Eye Care for every one. The staff is very friendly takes really good care of everyone. And all the doctors are do fantastic care!
