Lawrence F Haddad OD Next To Walmart

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I have been dealing with this issue since January 2026. After waiting about three weeks for my glasses to arrive, I went to pick them up and noticed there was glue on them. I was told they needed to be returned and remade. Since then, I’ve called multiple times for updates and keep being told the order was placed and should arrive in “two weeks,” but I still haven’t received any call or clear update. The lack of communication and long delays have been extremely frustrating, especially after receiving defective glasses the first time. If they were unable to provide my glasses in a reasonable amount of time, I could have gone somewhere else while I still had insurance coverage. Now I no longer have insurance, which makes this situation even more upsetting. I expected better customer service, communication, and transparency throughout this process.

Went in for a routine eye exam and was very pleased with my visit. I was in and out quickly. The office was clean and organized, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain my results and answer my questions.

Literally the best O.D. experience in my 30+ years. The ladies were so kind and gentle, the Doctor is kind, thorough and super informative. Everyone went above and beyond to provide an extremely pleasant experience. The finishing elite touch was the Christian music playing in every room and The Spirit of The Lord felt throughout the each staff member. Thank you all!!

Appointment was at 3:30 I get there it’s a room full. 4 people in front of me despite me asking on the phone is there a wait because I have to be at work. I could have rescheduled but instead I wasted time and money driving there. Unprofessional as hell

I would give Dr. Haddad 10 stars if I could! He is the best doctor there is in the area! He genuinely not only cares a lot about his patients but about his staff as well! He is very thorough in his exams with his explanations. I would recommend him! His staff is a plus! They are kind and they try to get you seen as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Thank you Dr. Haddad and associates for your hard work!!
