They were very helpful in getting me into the right multfocal contact lenses. I've tried other eyecare places, but couldn't find multifocal lenses that worked for me. Lee Eyecare Center was patient with me as came back 2 times. They were always understanding and worked with me to find the perfect prescription!

Terrible experience. I called the front desk, and I could hear someone in the background telling the receptionist what to say. I explained that my eye was in severe pain and had gotten significantly worse over the past 48 hours. I told them I needed to be treated as soon as possible. I also explained that I was already driving to the clinic and would provide my insurance information when I arrived. Instead of focusing on my urgent condition, they insisted they had to enter my insurance information before I could be seen. It felt like they were more concerned about getting paid than helping a patient who was in pain and needed immediate care. They need to change their mindset and put patient care first, especially when someone is experiencing what could be an urgent medical issue. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope they improve how they handle patients in need. If it was a doctor who was advising the front desk during my call, shame on you. A patient reporting worsening eye pain over 48 hours should be treated with urgency and compassion. Patient care should always come before administrative paperwork.

Front desk employees were attentive and knowledgeable. My prescription is different in each eye and was giving me headaches when wearing them. The staff listened and helped me get to a place where I can wear my glasses without problems. Good to see that customer service still exists.

I've been seeing Dr Lee for a few years, he sees my husband and kids too! He works quickly and efficiently to get the right prescription if one is needed. The office was very patient with me when I was learning to use contacts and tried several brands. To me the now-required retina pictures are worth the extra cost (unfortunately vision insurance doesn't cover it so it's out of pocket). I had a hole in my retina and I didn't know it until he saw it on the picture. Thanks to Dr Lee catching it I went to a retina specialist and got it lasered before my retina detached.

I have been waiting for weeks to get glasses that work for me. They have remade the lenses twice and performed three eye exams. In the course of six weeks. I still do not have glasses that work for me. I am being told that the owners are out of country and they cannot refund my money. They have already filed a claim against my insurance so I can no longer use my eye insurance anywhere else to get glasses this year I am thoroughly disappointed in the service provided by Lee Eye care center.
