I had such an outstanding experience at Nationwide Vision, and I want to specifically recognize Yleana at the Mountain Vista location on Signal Butte in Mesa. From the moment I walked in, Yleana made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her professionalism was top-tier, but what really stood out was her patience and attention to detail. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. It’s rare to come across someone who combines knowledge, kindness, and efficiency so effortlessly. Yleana truly turned what could have been a routine visit into a memorable experience. This was my 1st visit to thus location, and it's the best location I have been to.. Dr. Lewis is awesome, great "bedside manner" and knowledge was exceptional. Customer Service by Yleana was top notch. So much help picking glasses, going over costs and had overall amazing customer service skills. This is now my preferred location! Thank you for proving my theory about Nationwide wrong.

Mary Clausen is the manager at the Signal Butte location. She is very knowledgeable and positive to the employees as well as the customers. She assisted me with obtaining the best price for new lenses. She is so helpful that I also purchased frames and sunglasses. This is the second time I purchased glasses from them and I will definitely be using them again when needed.
