The service I received was good at the actual appt. However, I am very unsatisfied and do not recommend Leet. I don’t have vision insurance but called my regular insurance and was informed it does cover an annual eye exam; I’ve had 20/20 my whole life and have recently experienced vision changes when reading up close. I called Leet and advised of this. I also texted my insurance card to Leet prior to the appt. Day of my appt, eye exam was fine. Then I went to pay and they charged me $189 saying my insurance doesn’t cover anything. After the appt, I called my insurance and they said it does so they called Leet and got it sorted out. Three weeks later I received a check for only $109 but my insurance paperwork received said I only pay $40 out of pocket. So I called Leet and they advised the retinal exam was $40 extra and not covered at all. No one communicated anything to me of what all services I was receiving. I told Leet my only issue with my sight. I feel taken advantage of and will not return.
