Mrs. Kisha was the most respectful and most wonderful, beautiful spirit person I have ever met. Thank you so much Mrs. kisha for helping pick my glasses out.

Staff is very nice when you walk in your met with warm smiles and everyone is eager to help! While choosing a frame the worker helped me by suggesting some things to look for my my new frame based on my concerns from previous pairs. When we sat down she explained all the different options for lens, she made recommendations and explained why she thinks this would be good for me rather than just saying you need this like previous offices have. She even explained how to properly clean my glasses, who knew your always supposed to use spray with a lens cloth. In the past other offices just gave me a cloth and didn’t explain i need to never clean my glasses dry. I ended up with all the bells and whistles and most importantly I know exactly what I’m getting.

They will sell you glasses and contacts but don't count on any help if you need it. I went by today (Tuesday) and asked if they could check my right eye because I wasn't sure if my contact was in my eye. After the lady checked with the Dr. I was told no, that they were booked solid until next Monday. I had just ordered over $500 in contacts the day before. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I cannot say enough great things ab out this department. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable regarding my options. They know how to figure out my insurance plan. They treat me like a valued customer. On top of all this, if all this wasn't enough, I can see clearly! How about that!

Straightforward and honest regarding options to purchase contact lenses. I found Katie and another team member to be so helpful, that I will be scheduling my next eye exam at this location.
