Front desk on both floors need new hires employees they are very unprofessional and no help at all. Very rude and disrespectful. The staff in the back which are great agree that they are no help in the front and do not communicate accordingly and make issues instead of being helpful. Other locations are way better.
I’ve consistently had a great experience at the 5th ward, Lyons Avenue location. The nurses and doctors are all kind, professional, and efficient, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Everything runs smoothly. I’m usually in and out without long wait times, which makes a huge difference, especially when you have kids. What I really appreciate is how informative they are. They regularly let patients know about free services and resources available, which shows they’re thinking beyond just the appointment and actually trying to support the community. They do ask that you arrive 15 minutes early, but it’s more than a fair trade because they respect your time and stay on schedule. The whole experience feels organized, thoughtful, and well-run. This is how a medical office should operate. Highly recommend.
This place just wasted a whole afternoon. I made an appointment thinking i would get an exam, cleaning, etc. Nope. Exam only come back in a different week for the cleaning then a whole other day for anything else. Waste of time and gas! I’ll never bring my kid back. I’ll never waste my time at legacy again.
Impris is an always good when it’s time to draw my blood! She’s quick,gentle and always gets me a room because I have trouble with fainting when it’s time. I recommend her all the time . Thanks for being so patient with me ! I appreciate you so much
