This is not my first time using Legacy Eye Care but it is my first time in Colonial Heights VA. This was the best experience that i have had in years. The administrative staff and tecnicians are knowledgeable, kind, courteous and made experience easy and pleasant. The Doctor is outstanding, I have astigmatism and ita been a hassle to get a correct prescription for glasses. Contacts were great but i really dont care to deal with. My first experience with chester legacy was not great, just did not get quality cuatomer service, hard to gwt them on the phone and the information provided was unreliable. The doctor again was outatanding. I have really never seen as clearlu as i am seeing with my new prescription feom the colonial heights Doctors. I want yo say thank you, i will likely go into to the office at some point and say it to them but wanted to share my recent excellent experience online. Kudos Colonial Heights office- great crew, keep up the great work! It was a pleasure being in your care.
