Fantastic customer service. Terry was wonderful. My 99 year old Dad broke his glasses. On first encounter with Terry she was professional, informative and offered multiple options to help me. She tried to straight out the frames but they broke. I knew they were old. She suggest another fix but knowing how tough Dad is on his glasses, it would work but not for long. So we settled on new frames. Terry was so patient as she searched all the frames to find one that worked with Dad's lens. Thank goodness she found one that worked. Saved!!!!!!!! She was so patient listening to our Dad stories. Anyone who is caring for an older parent can related to how grateful we were. A++++ customer service. Terry is at the South Hill VA Walmart.

I got a call today that my new glasses were in & Ashley was absolutely wonderful! She was patient in helping me get them adjusted comfortably & answered the questions I had. I love the new glasses and I appreciate Ashley's marvelous customer service skills.

I had a great experience with Ashley and Tony today. Ashley went above and beyond to help get my rx from my DR's. office, she was patient and kind. I find both Tony and Ashley helpful when choosing a frame, they point out how colors look, how a shape may not be good for me and gave me all the information about different types of lenses. This is my 2nd purchase from this store and I highly recommend them.

Do not go here the employee Ashley is rude and lazy. she is not friendly and not helpful at all. Sounds like she's miserable and does not want to work. She just goes there to cash a check. So I recommend not going here dont order anything from this store .
