Legarreta Eye Care

A couple of years ago they lost my prescription after having an eye exam and I wasn’t able to order contacts until I had a new eye exam. They claimed that it was happening a lot with the gentleman, who I believe was named Tim and he was no longer with the company. I received a text from them today and have been meaning to schedule an eye appointment somewhere. For my own convenience, I called them to schedule an appointment since I’ve gone there before. The woman at reception, Jennifer, was incredibly rude to the point where I had to ask her if she was having a bad day. She changed her tune and blamed the computer systems but my 6 year old who was sitting near me as I made the call on speaker asked what was her problem. If I wasn’t in need of contacts because of an international trip I would have told them to cancel my apt and lose my information. Very unprofessional and really disappointing for someone in customer service.

I took my mother for her appointment today at 4pm and it's now 5:52p.m. She is finally getting to see the doctor after almost 2 hours? What a waste of time. The office is outdated, with both the furniture and the office systems. When I inquired if they had any emergencies I was given a half-hearted, "No, he's been taking patients all day." No reason for the delay, nothing. We will not be back.

Take care Yes Dr. Legarreta (both of them) are beyond wonderful. They pulled me in for multiple appointments when I was having an emergency, even on a Saturday morning for minor Sx to remove an obstruction. They called to see how I was doing the following day (on a Sunday). They do not try to upsell products. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needed a reliable ophthalmologist.

Very impressed with everyone at this facility. Keen attention to details, thorough, and go out of their way to assist my elderly mother. My mother had a terrific experience for cataract surgery. From the staff to the doctors, I’m so glad they’ve been able to help and do such a fantastic job. Everyone has been exceptional! Thanks ever so much for helpfully explaining everything, too. My mom is hearing impaired they make sure to communicate with her clearly, plainly and with kindness. And they help me to relay correct information to my elderly parent. Fabulous care, we appreciate you!

Everyone is kind and professional. They were busy on the day of my exam and Everyone was so nice. They kept apologizing for the delay. I just picked up my new glasses and they aren't going to work for me (my fault, not theirs), so I am going to call to see about changing them. I know the answer will be "absolutely! We are here until 5, bring them in." Absolutely recommend
