Dr. Pallan was very thorough and spent a great deal of time with my daughter and I. She explained things well to us and was very pleasant to work with. Only negative comment I have was that we did wait approximately 40 minutes to be seen for our appointment time. I was willing to be patient with the wait because our previous doctor would have us wait 2 and half to 3 hours. We will return. We were overall happy with our experience.

I want to acknowledge my experience with Doctor Laura Pallan & Her office staff Kelly was So comfortable that it left me with a feeling of confidence & safety. The Doctors examining procedure exhibited much knowledge & expertise. Dr. Pallan was very thorough & spent much time explaining every step with me. She answered my questions with ease & respect. I traveled a distance to see her per a referral from another doctor. I am very satisfied & happy I did it. Thank you Doctor Pallan & Kelly!😁

Easy to check in at front desk. Dr. Pallan took plenty of time to do the examination and address any questions or concerns. I've been a patient for 6 years and have been 100% satisfied with her care. Absolutely ☆☆☆☆☆ !

This was my first visit with Dr. Pallan. I was very pleased with the whole experience. She was very professional, with a relaxed friendly manner that immediately put me at ease. She explained each procedure in detail, listened and responded to my questions, and offered medical advice beyond ophthalmological matters, showing interest in my well being. I feel very comfortable trusting my vision care to her.

Dr. Pallan was very thorough, took a lot of time to explain what she was doing and why. She was very personable and empathetic with me. She explained my choices of implant, the pre and post-op routines very well. This may have been the best visit to a doctor I ever had. George F Medich MD
