If I could award 10 stars, I would. I am completely satisfied with Dr Hickey and her staff. They were professional, personable and very friendly.Dr. Hickey's "bedside" manner, second to none. My cataract surgeries were explained talked through and left me without any doubt. Excellent!!!

Dr Harsch is great with my 10 year old and has very good bedside manners as well as taking his time and explaining things. He provides free glasses from a program he works with for kids and will have the frames mail right to you! The staffs are outstanding as well, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very sad to leave as we are moving out of state. Once they over heard, Dr Harsch provided me with a copy of the prescription and the front desk had me sign a release form ahead of time. Can’t thank them enough!
I’ve been to many doctor’s offices but this one was one of the best! From the receptionist to the assistants to the Doctor they were kind, courteous, and at times even funny made me feel such at ease. The informational video before I had even seen Dr Hickey gave me a first hand knowledge of what I was to expect for surgery. Finally I saw Dr Hickey and she went over everything explaining each step and weeks to follow just a fantastic experience. Thank you Dr Hickey and staff for making me feel so comfortable.
My visit was a pleasant experience. I had a morning appointment, and the wait wasn’t long. The desk staff were kind and efficient. My technician was friendly and informative as always. I had the ever fun field vision testing, pictures of my optic nerves, and eye pressures. Dr. Hickey answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. I always feel that they sincerely care about my well being.
