Amazing service the patient access folks were so welcoming Antoinette, Joann, Harriet, Francheska all so welcoming. They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. The staff is amazing. It gives you a good feeling knowing your loved one is in good hands. Kudos to the wonderful staff. Dr. Sperling who preformed my wifs surgery and nurse Adel made us feel confident in the surgery and all. Marian & Yanalka in recovery department were so professional and assisted my wife through all. Liona my wifs aid and Deborah RN in recovery area were amazing. Such a special group of healthcare professionals. Sending love to all at this special hospital. Five stars in every way. Barry F.

Excellent experience. Check in was seamless, they gave my mom a ticket for a free coffee, they had cucumber infused ice water in the lobby, the hospital gowns were insulated and super comfortable, my anesthesiologist Dr Cristofaro was so nice and made me feel at ease, surgery was quick and it even started on time and the nurse in recovery was so attentive and caring. Great experience for my first time undergoing surgery.

This has been the absolute worst experience of our lives. A family member had to undergo surgery here, and the systemic failures from start to finish were completely unacceptable for a major hospital network. ▪ The Logistics Failure: The day before the procedure, we were given the wrong address. We were told to arrive by 8:00 AM, which required us to leave our homes at 4:30 AM to ensure we were on time. Upon arriving at the wrong location, we were blindly directed to "walk around the corner." ▪ The Medical Delay: Once inside, a nurse informed us the surgery was delayed because they ran out of anesthesia. How does a massive hospital network run out of critical surgical supplies? My uncle didn’t go back for surgery until 3:00 PM—seven hours after our arrival time. ▪ Zero Communication: Every time I called for a status update on his condition, I was given the run-around. The staff was incredibly evasive and refused to be forthcoming with information. ▪ The Discharge: He was finally discharged around 9:20 PM. We received absolutely no apology from management or the clinical staff for the agonizing 13-hour ordeal. If you are considering having surgery here, good luck and pack an immense amount of patience. Ironically, the only pleasant, empathetic person we encountered the entire day was the security guard from Haiti. Avoid this place if you value communication and basic competence.

My experience was great! All the staff were very friendly and professional. I had a surgery and my parents came with me. The staff gave them a free ticket for coffee or tea while they waited. The nurse, Carlos, was very friendly during my recovery.

Northwell MEETH is an exceptional facility—beautifully designed and equipped with the latest technology, all delivered by a truly outstanding team. From the moment I arrived, including valet parking and front desk staff, to the pre-op phase with caring PCAs and nurses, I felt genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. The level of care and service I received was nothing short of extraordinary. The nursing team—Telerisha, Mary, Sylvia, and Meghan—along with my skilled hand surgeon, Dr. Horowitz, and the fantastic anesthesiologist, Dr. Singh, demonstrated unwavering professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. Their collaborative efforts ensured my surgery was smooth, painless, and comfortable from beginning to end. If you're considering surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Northwell MEETH. Their team’s dedication to patient care truly sets them apart — you won’t be disappointed!
