When I arrived I had some hiccups with my insurance on my end. Wilda the manager contacted my insurance company and got it all resolved the same day. Came back got a great eye exam from the doctor, who made me feel so welcomed and professionally him and his staff are 10!!! Would recommend this place and for sure I’m coming back for some cool frames, which they have a huge selection. Thanks Wilda especially.
The people are so sweet and so was the eye actual eye doctor was super patient and I forgot to do something but they allowed me to come back and were super understanding didn't take too long!! Didn't pressure me to buy glasses with money (unlike other places…)! Highly recommend, highly professional!
I had an amazing time purchasing my new glasses! Clarissa Jackie and I can't forget Clarisa took CARE OF ME! I didn't know what u wanted to buy and they made sure I looked fly before I left! You have to visit if your in the market for sunglasses or glasses. I wish I could give 10 starts instead of 5!
Dr.Zimbel did an amazing job helping me check my vision and was a fast and comfortable process Manager Wilda helped me find and fit anything I wanted to my liking with no problem
Amazing customer service, top notch professionalism and great experience overall! I strongly recommend!!!
