Lissette was amazing ! I called ahead to see if they do walk ins and she told me to come right on in. When i arrived she already knew who I was and helped me immediately. I did my eye exam and the doctor was amazing as well. Afterwards she was so patient and helpful in helping me pick out the perfect frames. She was very attentive and kind. Although the store was a bit busy she never forgot about me. She helped me pick out the perfect frames and also assisted me with getting contacts as well as training me on how to apply them and remove them safely. She’s truly the best !! My first time here and I will always come back.

I had a really great experience here. First, the office staff: very friendly and accommodating! I just walked in on a whim and they fit me in right away. Dr Jessica Vaidya was incredible. She has an amazing energy and is very attentive and responds to all questions. She really took her time to understand my history. Highly recommend.

I haven’t worn glasses in years, so walking in I had absolutely no idea what to pick. Thankfully, Valentina came to the rescue and helped me find frames that actually fit my face (and my personality). She even took the time to accommodate my mom and me with coffee, which immediately earned bonus points. Super kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I somehow walked out with three pairs of glasses and one free, which still feels like a small miracle. Karol did the pressure eye test and was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. When I came back to pick up my glasses, Lissette was incredibly sweet. She surprised me with free cleaning accessories for all three pairs, offered coffee again (clearly they care about caffeine and vision), and was just an absolute joy. Great service, great people, and a really warm experience overall. Highly recommend!

Customer Service representative Lisette was extremely courteous and helpful handling my optical appointment.I had a morning appt and exam with the Optician Valentina. She was extremely thorough in the examination and explained everything clearly. I give this office five stars. The team @ 181st Street are very professional. I ordered new glasses and contact lenses. I recommend this location
