I went in to get a new pair of glasses after a few years, and I was honestly a little nervous about how the experience would go. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Anamaria was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind while helping me find the right pair of glasses. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions until I found a pair that I felt comfortable and confident wearing. She made what I thought would be a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. I definitely recommend. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Dr. Sipple was extremely personable and took the time to get to know you all while performing a top-notch eye examination. Noah was also the best and was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He helped me to find my perfect pair(s) of glasses. I never thought going in for an eye exam and glasses would be a fun experience, but thanks to the team at Westgate Optometry/Lens Crafters, I stand corrected. Thank you!

I had a great experience selecting new frames and getting my first pair of transition lenses. Noah took the time to walk me through the different lens options and explain the various tiers available through my insurance, which helped me feel confident in my decision. The other team members were also very helpful and offered great input while I was choosing frames. Overall, it was an excellent experience with a fantastic selection of frames and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for new glasses.

Even though I’ve moved across town, I always return to LensCrafters at Westgate Mall. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sipples for a long time (my family too!) and I value her clinical judgment. After my appointment, Nadine helped me select a lovely pair of glasses in my price range and gave good advice throughout our encounter.
