I recently visited this LensCrafters location with my wife and was absolutely blown away by the level of professional care and exceptional customer service from start to finish. This is truly a five-star experience, and I recommend them without reservation. The medical side of our visit, led by Dr. Larkin and her crew, was fantastic. Dr. Larkin is exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every part of the examination. Her crew was efficient, welcoming, and ensured our pre-testing experience was smooth and comfortable. It was clear that the health of our eyes was their top priority. After the exam, the customer service continued to shine, especially when it came to selecting new frames. I want to give a special shout-out to the LensCrafters associate, Ms. Faith, who helped both my wife and me. They were patient, offered expert advice on fit and style, and made the often-difficult process of choosing new glasses genuinely enjoyable. Their input helped us both find the perfect frames for our new prescriptions. Overall, the combination of Dr. Larkin’s expertise and the retail team's dedication to excellent customer service makes this location stand out. Extremely pleased with the staff. I have been to different vision places over the years and my goodness, what a breath of fresh air with Lens Crafters in Pembroke Gardens. Everyone from the front desk all the way up to the optometrist Dr. Larkin was knowledgeable, friendly, and so patient. I definitely will be recommending my family and friends and will certainly be coming back for my yearly check ups and vision purchases.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. My sunglasses needed a quick repair, and the staff fixed them in less than 5 minutes. Not only was the service fast and professional, but they also didn't charge me anything. I truly appreciated their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help. Outstanding customer service—I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone needing eyewear assistance.

Debbie and Elizabeth are everything one hopes for as a customer. Courteous, patient, kind, pleasant, and careful to give the correct information. I had a problem with the curved frames I ordered. No problem working with me for a replacement wit my frames that I knew worked. They made sure of the pricing change, double checking the order. And Brian helped as well. This is the way a shopping experience should be.

The level of care and professionalism at this Lens Crafters is exemplary. The staff is top notch and made the experience very enjoyable. Debbie Kilbride and Faith went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. I love my glasses!! Absolutely recommend this store. Dr Larkin was the best also!!
