I had such a great experience at LensCrafters at Merrick Park! Leslie and Regina were incredibly nice, patient, and helpful from beginning to end. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, answered all my questions, and provided amazing customer service. Truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I’ve visited Aventura , dadeland, and the LensCrafters in Macys at dadeland but this location I can highly recommend!

María was amazing! She gave me great recommendations and helped me choose the perfect frame. The supervisor and manager were incredible as well. Everyone at this location was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The customer service experience was outstanding from beginning to end.

I came for my prescription like every year . Love the attention and the customer service by Maria she really takes her time to make sure that you get the best glasses and lenses according to your needs and taste. Plus they take my eye insurance.

This is a great LensCrafters location, and the staff are always warm, welcoming, and helpful, especially Regina. She has been assisting us for years and is consistently thoughtful, knowledgeable, and spot-on when it comes to finding the right pair for you. We always enjoy working with her and look forward to coming back for another pair!
