Rye was amazing!!! And so was her coworker. They gave their honest opinions on frames, took care of my insurance and FSA, and I was on my way out. Super helpful and polite. Great selection of frames and pretty reasonable prices
Never used LensCrafters before but I was in a pinch and I was able to walk in and quickly get everything I needed handled. Got a professional fitting and a great deal on new Coach frame and lenses. Noah was so helpful and efficient- glad we chose to give them a try!
We had a great experience at the Lens Crafters in Hoover. Both my husband and I were able to schedule eye exams on short notice, and were impressed with Dr. Morgan. After our exams, we had the pleasure or working with Sa'heed to pick out our new frames and lenses. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we went through all our options. We really enjoyed the shopping experience and all of his helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this location, as well as Dr. Morgan and Sa'heed for your vision and eyewear needs.
Came in towards the end of the night and Dale was awesome! He made sure we knew we had all the time to search and helped us search for glasses for me. Ended up getting 3 pairs and he even helped us figure out which would be best to run through insurance and which was best for the 50% off sale. Love this location and Dale was super helpful.
I was a little annoyed when I initially went in to get my new glasses readjusted that tilted on my face. I went in to explain what I needed and tried to demonstrate by sitting the glasses on the table to show how they were a little off centered. What was said to me was: “the table isn’t your face” and “I’m actually noticing your eyebrows are a little crooked so it may just look that way.” I left with them still crooked. HOWEVER, I went in the next day and NOAH was super helpful and kind! He told me that he was sorry that happened, reassured me that my glasses were in fact slanted on my face AND fixed the problem. So I won’t let Tabitha who initially “helped” me ruin the score of the other amazing and helpful workers there. Other than that, great experience with picking out glasses, the payment process and my order being delivered in a timely manner!
