Walmart Vision Center

I love this eye care center so much! Every time I go Shoneice is so nice and caring. She really gives the vibe that we are family! She helps you pick out your glasses and even helps if you need a squeeze in appointment. I would recommend her and this eye center to anyone! My entire family comes here!! -Mya

I came in to get help with a new frame and some different lenses. It is fair to say Laura Arteaga was extremely helpful. She worked a great deal With us and was polite and clearly Knowledgeable. Professional and clean, would recommend to anyone I know.

Laura at the Hoover Vision center is top tier when it comes to providing quality customer service. I arrived to their location at 6:50 pm (they close at 7 pm - yikes) to inquire about costs for bringing my own glasses for them to fill my prescription in. When I walked in, to my surprise, she was a familiar face. She is someone whom I’d met years ago at another Walmart store, where I saw her work every where from the service desk, to on the floor, to on the cash register. She has always been a kind, and hardworking person. Seeing her yesterday, I saw that nothing had changed. She took her time to explain things to me, although I kept her there past closing time, which was 7:00 pm. She didn’t rush me, and was so professional. I felt horrible for her working past her time, but she made sure everything was done correctly, including taking the required pictures. Marking my glasses, etc. She explained everything to me. She is not only a great worker, but she is a great person. Genuine kindness and having pride in your work is a rarity in today’s time. I feel very blessed to have been graced with the “Laura Experience.” She’s awesome!

"Quite Impressive"!! While shopping at the Hoover Wal-Mart my wife & I visited theWalmart Vision & Glasses Center in the front of the store. Miss Laura immediately greeted us with a warm friendly smile! She was extremely helpful & found my wife a great pair of sunglasses, readers and a very sharp eyeglass strap. The prices are all very competitive. Plus the personal service was outstanding!! Kudos to Laura and her customer service skills!!!

Amazing eye doctor! For one thing, I had to bring 2 of my toddlers in - she was very good with them (and with me) and made it an enjoyable experience. Patient, knowledgeable, concise, and easy to talk to; she helped correct my previous prescription (from America's Best next door to Walmart). I knew my last exam wasn't right even before the constant headaches began. She was able to fine tune my numbers, and I haven't been having them since. Thank you, highly recommended!
