LensCrafters

I broke my glasses the other day so I went into LensCrafters with my wife. Sonia helped us that day and she was very helpful and informative. She really knew the ins and outs of glasses and We were out of there with new glasses and sunglasses within the hour. Thanks Sonia!

Working with Janet was absolutely wonderful. She is very friendly and a great personality and helping me pick out My Meta glasses was a breeze and getting them ordered was so easy. Thank you, Janet for a very easy simple transaction.

I walked into Lens Crafters yesterday with a pair of expensive sunglasses that were unwearable due to poorly adjusted ear pieces, fully expecting to be sent on my way without help. I was greeted by Jennifer who appeared to be the glasses person for the store. She met me with a smile and asked how she could help. I asked if she could save the glasses. Her response was “I’m not sure but we can try!” Her attitude, and offer to try was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise. She fixed them! I could not have asked for any more, and was extremely impressed with her willingness to help. Thanks so much to Jennifer and the rest of the Parkway Place store for their outstanding service and assistance. I WILL visit them when I need new glasses!

I was a walk in to get an eyes exam and received probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. Forgot the 2 receptionist names and the trainee they had (sorry) but all of them were very sweet funny and helpful especially when it came to me trying to put on Contacts for the first time. Doctor was also professional and I was in and out pretty quickly. I highly recommend them

I’ve been using this LensCrafters since I was a kid. The staff is so friendly no matter the reason for my visit. They get my frames & lenses back to me super quickly and they always fit perfectly. One of the better frame selections in town!! The staff genuinely cares about the people that come in and are so very friendly!! I recommend this office to anyone looking!!
