David is so awesome and so professional, i walked it to change my glass temples because the temple tip was broken and it was so un comfortable, he was busy with another customer but he recognized me and greeted me, i waited patiently for him while he kept checking in on me to see what brought me in, and he happily said he will help me in a few minutes, he was able to change my glass temples and made my entire week, I appreciate him so much and the urgency he gave me. Let me start by saying that my 12 year old and I feel like we canvased the entire city on our mission to find the perfect frames for his 1st set of glasses. We were picky and also price conscious. We met many friendly and knowledgeable opticians on our journey. No kidding, we went to 6 different stores and competitors. I walked in to your store with a tired, frustrated kid and was greeted by Ana. That's when both of our demeanors changed. Ana grabbed the reigns, took charge, and truly put us on the perfect set of frames. I found her to be the most knowledgeable, genuine, sincere, and skilled optician that we had dealings with out of all of the other stores. She explained glasses, sport sunglasses, lenses, frames, colors, material differences, and the dynamics of all things glasses with the knowledge and zest of Jack Daniels discussing Whiskey and bourbon. I know that we took up too much of her time but, the service we received was greatly appreciated. We never felt rushed and it was great. If you're in the market for glasses, I highly recommend tolerating Eastdale Mall and going to see Ana. Thank me later!

I had the best experience of selecting my eye wear with the help from Christopher (Chris) . Very professional, friendly and courteous. Place was very clean. All of the associates were friendly and professional. Very nice selection of eye glass frames for you to choose from. I ordered a pair of Cartiers online and I came into the store to get them adjusted and DJ did everthing in his power to get them adjusted for me unfortunately they are too small for me but he can gave me top tier service and I will definitely be back awesome customer service
