👓 I had an excellent experience at this LensCrafters location. Patrick assisted me, and he was extremely helpful, diligent, and approachable throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me find multiple pairs of glasses and made the experience feel easy instead of stressful. 🙌 I am extremely pleased with Patrick’s service and with this location overall. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. This was a night-and-day difference compared with my experience at the Rogers location, and I truly appreciate the care and effort shown here. ✅ Highly recommend this LensCrafters location, especially if Patrick is available to assist. 📝 Note: I worked directly with Patrick, but the overall atmosphere at this location was welcoming and professional, so I would not want to imply he is the only great team member there.

LensCrafters in NWA mall is a terrific optical center. Ask for Kathleen. She is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They made my glasses in about an hour. Would definitely recommend for excellent service quality, and reasonable prices too!

Lanier was super helpful when I went in there to buy new glasses for the first time in years. Got me set up with the right measurements and worked to find me the pair of glasses that were best for me.
