Not to discount the experiences of anyone else, but I am shocked to see such negative reviews. The people at this lensecrafters are genuinely friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful. Literally all of them were cool. Especially the doctor! she was really fun and so good at explaining the eye exam process. I usually get uncomfortable and want to hurry things along, but I had such a great experience I was almost a bit sad to go. Their frames expert Brett is the man by the way! He helped me pick out frames, apply some discounts and also is just such a great dude. There are some really good folks working here and it is a massive disservice to blame "poor customer service" on them as it was immediately apparent to me they are eager to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to anyone who comes through the front door. I believe all it takes is a couple ounces of respect, and a bit of patience, and thats all the difference. This group is extremely good at getting to know the customer's needs, in order to provide the highest quality experience for satisfying vision needs. 10/10, I would recommend going here to everyone looking for a great eye exam experience with exceptionally professional and fun people.

I took my boyfriend here for his first eye exam. We were 20minutes late and they didn't twitch an eye. There was no line and no wait on a Friday evening. While he was in the back I searched their selection and saw a couple decent pair. Not a huge selection but it's also a small location. At least 3 women in the store either offered help or just made conversation. Which was pleasant. Amy was very helpful with me as I "window shopped" and compared almost every pair in the store. My boyfriend was happy he even ended up buying his first pair of glasses ever.

Every pair of glasses I get here are even better than the last! I recently broke my glasses in half and came in with them and because of the great advice from my previous visit I got the pair replaced with even better frames at a minimal cost and bought a pair of sunglasses as well! Great quality doctors and lab techs. I love this store and sales STAFF is great!

I have gone to this Lenscrafters for several years. They are always helpful and friendly, even when busy. I've had to bring in my glasses a couple of times for adjustments, and for purchasing new frames and lenses. Each time I came in, they took the time to make sure I was satisified with my eyewear. I have purchased prescription sunglasses from them as well, which can be a tricky process because of my prescription and the styles I like, however the new computer technology they use makes it easier to get the adjustments correct. The associates here are patient and let me take my time trying on different frames until I found one I liked. It is true they have a more limited selection than other eyewear stores, but most of the frames and lenses are high quality so can be expensive. However they often offer 50 percent off lenses when buying frames deals, which usually you can get a nice frame at an affordable price and save a lot of money on the lenses. Plus other discount coupons they offer throughout the year.

I had the best service I could've asked for. Immediately when walking through the door I was asked if I needed help, was given an eye exam by the best doctor (Dr. Streff) I've had since I was little! After my exam I was helped through the whole process, by Carol & Diane, what lenses looked best, price range, which lenses were best fit, and a protection plan. I am beyond grateful for the help and new glasses I have. I am 100% satisfied and will return. Thank you to the lens crafter DeAndre!
